At Lycette Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
